Had a great experience with Felix at The Juicy Leaf. The succulent I ordered was back ordered and Felix called to let me know and put together a more expensive arrangement for the same price and even sent me a text of the arrangement before he sent it out. My friend loved it! Will definitely be using both Bloom Nation and The Juicy Leaf again.
